BBC’s Sherlock was definitely assaulted in that scene; and I don’t remember RDJ’s movie well enough but I think, although it’s implied it’s not the first time he’s done that sort of thing with Irene, in that scene he wakes up naked and handcuffed without having gone to bed that way.
