Happy Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies →
Cookies are baking. Unfortunately mine aren’t actually vegan because my chips have milkfat and we only have refined sugar. But I did learn that typical sugar isn’t vegan even if the ingredients list just says “sugar” because it’s processed with bone char. A good thing to know, and yet another reason to avoid it.
